We try to process credits every weekend.

Sometimes customers believe that they were charged twice. Sometimes a bank puts a HOLD on funds when a request for payment is made even though it declined because of an address mismatch. The bank will eventually release the hold. But, for some banks it is two weeks before they do so. Other banks only hold funds for 2-3 days. We have no control over the bank. You can talk to your bank to release the Hold.

When your credit is issued you automatically receive an email stating the amount and the reason. We wish this email were less confusing – just read it carefully.
